Pretty decent Vietnamese action movie. The two leads have good chemistry (as they did in The Rebel) and the story, while at times borrowing heavily from other Hollywood movies, doesn't get too sidetracked and has a good through narrative. There are a lot of the Asian movie tropes at times: overly dramatic music, and unnecessary dramatization especially in the last act, however the first two acts are very solid. A rewatch may bump this down to a 3-star, but overall I liked it and if you're a fan of Asian action cinema, definitely worth checking out.
