Most of the times I am tempted to compare movies I've seen in the same period to each other. Doing so and comparing it to John Carter… I must admit this one is a diamond. Having the budget in mind this one is champion all along the line from start to finish. Charming, well acted and with an impressive CGI. I do not see it as a B movie and why should I? I wrote about comparing mostly because of the more or less negative reviews and now I am fumed about myself doing so. In the end I was entertained a lot and in my opinion this one deserves every single **** I awarded.
