It's about time Blue Sky Studios- the animators behind Ice Age and Robots- take a page from Pixar's book and ditch the animated dance numbers.

Rumors abound, this plot's similarity to Pixar's Newt led to the film's cancellation in its development stages. One can not help but wonder what Pixar could have done with this story, but expunging it of the dulling show-tunes would've been a start.

Jemaine Clement is a highlight, however.
