Andy Bartlett’s review:
A short, interesting documentary giving a very high-level overview of Marvel Comics icon Stan Lee. There's not much time to go into detail on anything, but the film still manages to touch on the key elements in the Stan Lee timeline dating back to his time as one of nine official playwrights in the U.S. Army during World War II. Overall it's a pretty one-sided, pro-Stan Lee fluff piece; he's not remotely portrayed in a negative light during any part of the film, and even when things turn slightly negative, it's clear that it was somebody else's fault (particularly when discussing the bankruptcy of Stan Lee Media). Still, it's a quick, interesting Cliff's Notes look at one of the crucial architects of American pop culture.
