Interesting character development with some well orchestrated tension, and some heartfelt side plots.

The twist of whimsey at the end took me by surprise, even though it was exactly what was supposed to happen.

Intense. Not the least bit light-hearted, but entertaining. Did I mention intense?

Inspiring visuals. Uninspired storyline. Characters that are not only hard to love, but hard to remember.

This movie initiated a new era in film making, but it also initiated a yawn or two on my part. I doubt I'll watch it more then twice in my life. Ever. Still, it sure was beautiful to look at.

This movie has no equal.

A cult classic at the very top of the Cohen Bros. collection of greats. Pick a spot in the movie. *Any spot at all.* And just watch.
