Honestly, space opera doesn't get much better than this. I know that some Trek fans have minor quibbles, but J.J. Abrams has successfully brought the ambling dinosaur that is this franchise into the modern age.

Much enjoyment was had.

I rented this again and again was I was a kid. Could seriously not get enough. I still love it, though at 75 minutes its not quite as epic a story as I remember. Shane Black is the man though. Full of great lines.

All machismo and sexual politiking aside, Death Race 3 is a vast improvement on the second film featuring better action and a sweet Road Warrior vibe.

Get past the abysmal motorcycle chase and Lockout is classic Europa Corp: Lean, exploitive B movie fun.
