1) I saw all the twists from million miles away. They're a bit predictable
2) Bane is good, but Heath Ledger's Joker is still the ultimate psycho in the Nolan's trilogy
3) Anne Hathaway exceeds my expectation but Michelle Pfeiffer is still the best Catwoman
4) Few plots are just a bit too much

... HOWEVER, the movie is able to keep me entertained (and awake) for 165 minutes. And I'm not one who usually enjoy movies for more than two hours.
