The Hunger Games 2012
After hearing so much about The Hunger Games, and being told by my mom that I would enjoy it, I went with some siblings to see it. I liked it, but I didn't enjoy it. There is a difference. I liked it means I am glad I saw it, it was well done and well handled, with thought provoking points. I did not enjoy it means that I found it pretty deeply disturbing, and was shaken for a long time afterwards. It's not a fun film, but it is a good one.

The Santa Clause 2 2002
Since we always enjoy the first film, my family decided to try seeing The Santa Clause 2 this year. All the actors from the first one were back for this fun and hilarious ride as Santa strives to find himself a wife. In my opinion, this was better than the first one -- a cute Christmas classic.

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring 2001
From the first moment of the first film, the Lord of the Rings trilogy won my heart. Though I've yet to finish the books, I find the films beautiful, engaging, and altogether amazing. The characters touch me, the films give me hope, and I laugh, cry and leave each viewing a better person than when I sat down to watch.

Kung Fu Panda 2 2011
I wasn't a big fan of the first Kung Fu Panda, but to my happy surprise, the sequel was far more endearing, funny, and well-made (in my opinion, at least). I was touched by the story, enjoyed the characters, laughed, cried, and generally enjoyed myself.
