A fantastic interpretation of Greek mythology matched with an outstanding visual aesthetic. It may not be complex, but it's pretty easy to admire.

I wanted to love this movie, which I may have been able to do if it was half as long or if it was about an entirely different set of characters. Convoluted is something of an understatement.

It's as if someone searched the globe for the most wealthy, unappreciative people and made a two hour reality show about them, as they lived out their last moments in some sort of self-constructed fantasy world, in an attempt to cope with the inevitable. Gross. Just a little bit.

Although, I really liked the wonderfully shot intro sequence.
