Overall, I liked it and it was entertaining. However, like other Damon Lindelof's works ('Lost', 'Prometheus', 'Cowboys & Aliens'), it's high concept with flaws and muddling story. Quite a bit of the story at the beginning took too long to unfold and wasn't that necessary.
Mostly, Brad Bird keeps the pace brisk and fun, but not enough to save the movie and make it his own (ie. very good).
Still, it's better than the actual Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom, Walt Disney…

Pretentious, boring, dull, emotionless and plotless. This feels like it has been directed by a film school freshman who learnt some art tricks in his first semester. The camerawork is worse than 'The Blair Witch Project' and 'The Bourne Supremacy' combined. The movie is transparently manipulative from setting it post-Hurricane Katrina down to the fairy tale music.
I have no idea why the girl/boy/it is getting praise for its acting. I have seen better acting from a nativity play performed…
