Ha, this is fun stuff for comic fans. It's basically Superman vs The Authority - Ellis/Millar's "amoral" super team, which was in itself a response to the classical moralist/establishment/reactionary superheroes like Superman. Loads of nice, exaggerated super-powered fights and quite dark in its theme, if not its art style. Characters seem a bit too bright and cartoony (particularly the Aromic Skull) and of course Supe's righteousness is insufferable ;)
