Sam Raimi's Spiderman is still fresh in our memories, but luckily this film doesn't look to copy it. It creates it's own story and, being a bit of a comic book geek, I do prefer Garfield's Peter Parker, if only for the reason that he's more of a wise ass and doesn't shoot goo out of his body.
