I might have got myself too excited about this film before watching. It had a bunch of elements I've loved in movies: low-budget/independent, science fiction, space. "Love" has an interesting premise that plays a central role in the film; however, it misses the mark because it doesn't play enough with the idea and explore implications, and it lacks story. Even if the story has only one character, we need to hear his internal monologue, or more of his thought process through more intricate/meditated actions; This movie would have been a good 10 minute film, but at 83 minutes it drops significantly.
