It stars Steve Austin and Michael Jai White, so chances are you know exactly what you're getting into before you hit the Play button. With that said, this movie is significantly better than you'd expect in just about every regard. The action is well-filmed (though illogical at points) and there is plenty of tough guy posturing to go around. The real standout is the writing, shockingly enough. All the parts play to each actor's strengths and they deliver some great one-liners with surprisingly good comedic timing. Utterly boilerplate plotting, but still recommended for fans of cheap action. Also notable for containing one of my favorite police chief freakouts ever.
