Another binge-watched rerun of Firefly followed by this film, and for each time I rewatch those I love this 'Verse and characters a little bit more.
So it's quite impossible for me to rate this film as another film; after the wonderful - but painfully short (but not shortlived!) - series this film isn't just thrilling heroics, it's the sky we'll always have.

Over-the-top tongue-in-cheek actionfun; could have been more polished though, script-wise, action-wise and boobs-wise.

Nobody cares.
A slow-paced observation that manages to be overlong running in at under 80 mins; it never gets invovling or interesting, just irritating.

A film that continues to rating-climb, not because it's growing on me, more because I'm getting older and the insight writer/director John Hughes delivers with this one seems truer and wiser.

Great writing and a cast that sell their characteres, that's a solid backbone to support its wandering into funny, emotional, smart, sincere and whatnot.
