Accepted is one of my favorite "guilty pleasures," that I enjoy watching over and over again, simply because its fun. It has some great moments and even an amazing cast, including Justin Long, who I am a personal fan of, Jonah Hill, Columbus Short, and Blake Lively, all of whom have moved on to bigger things since this film. Yet, what I love most about this film is that it doesn’t take itself seriously. The story is full of flaws, the dialogue can be cheesy like an 80's movie, and all of that is exactly why it’s such a good film. I mean Jonah Hill in a wiener costume, a guy blowing stuff up with his mind and shock therapy... what more could you possibly ask for?
