Todd Malkin’s review:
I seem to be in the minority, but I thought it was quite dull. Sure, Olsen delivered a great performance, but there was hardly anything there to support it. The cinematography ebbed between being absolutely gorgeous and just being totally blah. There were a few scenes here and there that had some real power to them, but the attempt at being unsettling was mostly lost on me. When I skipped to 1.5 speed about halfway through, I didn't even notice that the film was sped up. Try it, and tell me you don't experience the same thing.
Don't know anything about the movie, but that's a pretty nice-looking poster.
Yeah, the poster's pretty great. Every now and again there's a shot in the movie that has that power, but it didn't make the movie any more interesting.
