Matt Jacobs’s review:
At times it was repetitive, but there are two fascinating elements here:
1. Watch how someone becomes a master. Jiro is 85 years old and has been making sushi for 75 of those years.
2. The details of making the best possible sushi from the country with the best fish. If you're a sushi-lover, you've gotta see this.
