Killer Joe is Sharply directed and written. Matthew Mcconaughey delivers a slick performance and one of the best of his career. This film has a very dark and sometimes twisted humor to it. The final 30 minutes is fantastic. Its very darkly comedic, shocking and a bit insane. Altho aside from the conclusion and a couple other scenes I was expecting this to be a lot more controversial. Its still a very well made movie but I guess I went in with too many high expectations of this being very shocking.
