Kid vs kid. Couple vs couple. Men vs women. Husband vs wife. The film continues to escalate into more raucous territory and gets more and more enjoyable as it goes. John C. Reilly is hilarious. Christoph Waltz is as cool as ice. Jodie Foster is obnoxious and annoying. Kate Winslet is the voice of reason. A perfect running time allows this to be as effective as it is. Could have been a bit more outrageous.
