The Lords of Salem 2013
I thought I was in for the regular Rob Zombie ride, and boy had I been looking forward to it, but this was something else entirely. As if in some parts channeling Alejandro Jodorowsky, Zombie has created a not so scary as completely insane arthouse horror film. The music even reminds me of older Italian horror, like Argento or Fulci. And although I really preferred "House of 1000 corpses" (which I think is a real masterpiece), I liked this too.…
