Another Earth 2011
The concept of this movie is pretty cool and it's one that never really dives too deep into the science fiction portion, keeping it away from the murky waters that can strangle in the viewer in a movie like "Primer."
I never really questioned what was going on or why it was going on. It made sense. And at the same time, it played the human part of the story up very well.

Cusack and Robbins play two best friends with a desire to make it as music video producers and produce a chemistry that makes this movie a secret gem of sorts. I had to get my copy from the used wing of Amazon.com and I don't regret it. The Artist 2011
A lovely little movie that's good quality and does a good job of making a modern silent film interesting. It's also a bit of a history lesson, sort of along the same lines as Singing in the Rain. Well worth seeing at least once.
