Colin the dude’s review:
Perfect artifact of conspiracy and paranoia in the bloated 80s political-sphere. It's a mess in conveying themes and basic plot, but this is a damn entertaining movie specifically for all the flaws that remain intact, the 80s technology and the graininess of the footage and soundtrack itself. This film is a rarity.
It stars Rutger Hauer, John Hurt, Craig T. Nelson, Dennis Hopper, Chris Sarandan and Burt Lancaster (among others), all directed by Sam Peckinpah, in his swan song. Need I say more?
