    Poor Nicolas Cage. When he's made films as good as this, what more do people want?!

    This is such a hidden gem in Scorcese's filmography and I'm very glad I found it.

    Cage is hauntingly good in it.

    The top 10 things that make the Fellowship my favourite film:

    1. The casting and acting are to perfection. Everyone immerses themselves in their character and bring the world to life almost effortlessly.

    2. Jackson and the WETA production crew are nothing short of geniuses. Tolkien's Middle Earth couldn't look any more real and beautiful.
