I really can't think of a single thing I liked about this film. I think probably Martin Sheen was the best part of the whole thing. I didn't buy Andrew Garfield, whose good-looks and attempt at acting "awkward" didn't really sell his role as Peter Parker to me. His dialogue as Spider-man was rather shocking too. The Lizard looked just awful. Marc Webb (whose '500 Days of Summer' is great) couldn't even string along a decent relationship between Gwen Stacy and Peter Parker. I won't even get into my thoughts of Dennis Leary wielding a shotgun or the ending. There's just so much wrong and head-scratching in this that I have no idea what to really say.
