It's your typical goofy action packed sentai crossover. I've never been a huge fan of the zord/mecha stuff so the last third really dragged on a lot for me. Other than that exactly what you expect going into such a movie.

The script is a fucking mess and there's not a lick of tension in Evil Dead but to be honest, I came for gore and a bloody good time and that's exactly what I got.

I love me some good and creepy ghost story and Ti West's The Inkeepers surely delivers on everything I like. But it suffers from the same curse that hovers above 90% of movies dealing with hauntings: they had no idea how to end this thing and so the last 10 minutes or so drag the quality down quite a bit.

This movie is so much fun. And you know why? Fuckin' practical effects. That's why.
