An amazing western presented by the master Sergio Leone himself. My Name Is Nobody is definitely a new favorite.
It's shot with so much class, employing slomo and freeze frame techniques that are generally viewed as cheesy. Also, the variety of interesting and beautiful locations really helps this stand out of a slough of good (but similar) westerns throughout the 70's.
Henry Fonda, as always, is a champ, and Terrance Hill does his best Franco Nero impression, though not to a fault. It is more endearing than off putting.
A true classic I wish I had seen much sooner.
