The Descent was able to do what few films have done for me in a while, make me feel uncomfortable. It had really good atmosphere in the first half with the friends exploring the cave with only their lights and flares. Some of the shots of them crawling through the tighter crevices of the cave were really good at giving off the feeling of claustrophobia. I felt that the movie got a little silly when the monsters in the cave showed up, nevertheless, I thought this was a decent horror movie and is worth watching again.
