This was an awful movie in the best possible way. Clearly a lot of money went into the budget, too, which is really depressing considering A: it didn't look too good by 1995 standards and B: it's dated as hell as such today. But its Sylvester Stallone being Sylvester Stallone at his campy best, and that's always good for an unintentional laugh or 200.
