Not a movie I would choose myself, but when my girlfriend decided she wanted to watch it, I decided to give it a chance. After all, Gerard Butler ... couldn't be too girlie-girlie-chicklit, would it ?
We were not disappointed. Both actors ham it up a little, not taking it too serious, they fire off some really bad language and don't revert to silly fart jokes when creating a black and white view on male-female relationships.
Not bad at all. Especially when you don't like this genre.
