I had a Judge Dredd poster hanging in my room as a kid. It had all the cool character designs on it, like the enormous robot and the Cursed Earth Hillbillies, etc. I had actually forgotten about that poster and about the details of the movie over the years.

Turns out, I've always loved the production design of this movie, since before I knew what production design was. (Although the Judge costumes are kind of just tights when all the armor comes off, which is weird.)

Anyway, this movie is too bloated and atonal and to ultimately be good. But I view it as a noble failure and like it accordingly.

There is still no excuse for Rob Schneider being in the movie, though. No excuse.
