  • Silver Linings Playbook 2012

    ★★★★ Watched 27 Sep, 2012

This hyper-violent criticism of competition between students takes said issue and turns it in to a forty-two way battle to the death mandated by law.
Though there are too many characters to the point of knowing who's cannon fodder and who isn't, the main, main protagonists are well-developed.
Depending on how you view it, Battle Royale will either be a shocking and intense morality tale, or a darkly humorous splatter flick. Either way, there's no denying how intense, controversial, and influential it is.
