This is one of those films I didn't really want to watch but ended up really enjoying it. Jonny Depp plays the lead with his usual amusing demeanour, and is backed up by a strong cast which includes a rarely-seen-these-days Michelle Pfeiffer, to whom the years have been extremely kind.
