What the hell?! I thought this was supposed to be amazing?! It's just a decent disaster movie. Almost everything about the Avengers themselves is lame. (Except for Stark/Iron Man). Even the bad guy's are lame. They're just not cool.

I am being a little harsh though just because I'd heard great things. It is decent enough. But that's it.

UPDATE, after second viewing:
I've discovered the problem. I'd heard it was great and presumed it was Dark Knight great. But it's not. It's Iron Man great. There's nothing wrong with that they're just different types of films.

That kind of ruined the film for me. Now after watching it again I realise it was me who was in the wrong. Not the film.

I still stand by the fact that they're not cool though ;)
