Erix Antoine’s review published on Letterboxd :
Yeah... Sorry to disappoint you, fellas. But this one is only okay. Gina Carano definitely has the goods. And there are a couple of dynamic fight scenes. But none of it is enough to compensate for a confusing, uninteresting storyline. Add to that a potentially very exciting cast of characters and you have a real wasted opportunity. It's lean, which is good. On the other hand - since the episodic, un-engaging nature of the film keeps you so detached - it actually feels longer than it is. I'd say something pedantic like: Soderbergh should stick to what he knows. But, since he's made a couple of solid genre films, it's probably better to chalk this up to a miscalculation. I will, however, be keeping the lovely Ms. Carano in my sights.
