Watched this movie on my sons recommendation. He knows how I like a good zombie flick. And this one delivered. Fun. So now onto Rec2.

This was my summer hit movie wanna see. And I loved it. I think that says it all.

Ben Affleck has grown on me as an actor, probably because he has grown on me as a director. I really think that he knows how to tell a story. Being old enough to have lived through the hostage crisis, and knowing how it would end, I was still caught up it the story telling, holding my breath during a few scenes. And Alan Arkin and John Goodman were a pleasure.

The Dark Knight Trilogy is how superhero movies should be told. I love it when they don't try to get too cartoony or too campy. While I thought this was a great movie I can't say it was my favorite. But I am not sure I can pick one, since they each tell their portion of the story just right. I am most excited to have it come out in DVD, settle in for a three movie marathon, and enjoy my bowl of popcorn. Should be as fun as the Lord of the Rings marathon.
