I stand by my first rating. Imo this is a top notch thriller with very VERY sick elements. I think its a great movie but I can't give it over 4* because it was so overhyped to me and when I first saw it i expected it to be more gruesome, but I have very extreme taste. This will still make most people sick. I think everyone should attempt to watch it but most won't make it halfway through.

Now, I'm all for pushing boundaries and what not, but if this film had a face, I would punch it repeatedly. Me and some friends were punished for our morbid curiosities and were left feeling violated and speechless more than I care to say, only being able to break the awkward silences by nervously laughing about how the film we had generally just sat through was so inexcusably sickening.

I was expecting it to be worse than it actually is, somewhat underwhelming.

Well.
Obviously going for the shock, that was it's main goal, and I don't really respect that too much in a film.
It was well-made, professionally done and what not, but I can't say much of anything positive about it other than that.
I won't be re-watching it, not because it was 'OH GOD SO HORRIBLE JESUS CHRIST LORD LORD LORDLORDLORD!', but because it wasn't really that good of movie at all.

A pointless ramble of really really icky scenes cut together with really no other purpose than to shock. And shock it does.
The film makers obviously know what they're doing since the movie looks great and has a great sense of style. Which is doubly egregious in this case since that awesome style could've been utilized to actually make something worth watching.
