"The background scenery was beautiful, but Rupert Everett and Colin Firth were too old to be playing boys of 16-18. The film gave me no sense of why Guy B had gone on to spy against his country, it seemed that the film had a very large axe to grind, which it did without any subtlety. Very disappointing."

I don't actually know what happened in this movie; I was distracted by Colin Firth and Rupert Everett with all their floppy hair and flannel pajamas.

A great movie for anyone interested in period pieces that explore sexuality. Also Rupert and Colin are absolutely dreamy in this one just sayin
