Any Which Way You Can
1980 Directed by Buddy Van Horn
Synopsis
Philo takes part in a bare knuckle fight - as he does - to make some more money than he can earn from his car repair business. He decides to retire from fighting, but when the Mafia come along and arrange another fight, he is pushed into it. A motorcycle gang and an orangutan called Clyde all add to the 'fun'.

Well, besides Beverly D'Angelo, the entire gang came back. The mother is even funnier this time and the antics with the Black Widow gang are more amusing. I felt the giant fight at the end goes on far too long.
Eastwood and Lewis are still a great team and while Locke returns and is much less drama fueled this time, she lost a TON of weight here and looks far too skinny.
Some of the plot can get confusing trying to figure out who is screwing over who, but there's a lot of crazy characters and some really funny moments.
The 'Bo Derek' moment was pretty funny.
And hey, seeing Mama Fratelli from The Goonies in a bit part when she still had a normal voice was awesome!

Clint Eastwood gets outperformed by an orangutan, again. To be fair, so does everyone else too.

The orangutan is great.

A great, light-hearted romp with Clint Eastwood and his pal Clyde. Much better than its predecessor (Every which way but loose), and definitely more fun.
