More-
Pretty lousy actioner that pits writer/actor/occasional singer Steven Seagal vs. superhuman psychopaths, jacked up by a special drug. Reportedly, this film was heavily changed in post-production, evolving ATTACK FORCE's premise from aliens to its present version, which is quite bad.
The changes included the redubbing of a lot of Seagal's dialogue by someone who sounds NOTHING like him. The mess plays like a poorly cobbled version of BLADE II.

By far the worst of all of Seagal's films, and that's saying something. An utterly incomprehensible mishmash of plot elements (apparently the film was completely hacksawed into something else after being finished) that are never explained. Somewhat unintentionally entertaining.
