I think Noomi Rapace is excellent and she pretty much carries this entire movie on her shoulders. If she doesn't pick up an oscar in the next few years for something... I'll er.. um... get annoyed or something.
This is a really fascinating, puzzling and at times confusing movie. A terribly troubled mother and her coming to terms with some traumatic events in her life. The descent into madness, the "is that real, is it not" quandry, this film delivers those in spades and does it so well. It's quiet, sometimes brooding, not showy in any way, it's all about the performances.
