    It's far from any of the previous two epic installments of Ben Hur, but it has it's own stuff going for it, I've found myself enjoying most of the changes done.

    Die TV-Verfilmung war jetzt nicht grundsätzlich schlecht, aber natürlich lang nicht so gut wie die Verfilmung von '59. Ein paar Szenen waren aber zu mindestens realistischer. Nur alles in allem kamen mir die Emotionen in dieser Neuverfilmung, so im Vergleich der beiden Filme, einfach nicht so richtig rüber.
