I’m suffering from flu, I can’t sleep and all I have to bloody watch is a Uwe Boll movie. Great.
I often feel Uwe Boll gets a bad rap. He’s undoubtedly a terrible filmmaker but the worst ever? I’m not quite as convinced. However, my leniency was tested whilst struggling through Bloodrayne: The Third Reich. Ignoring the fact it is badly made, my big issue is the way Boll cheaply uses the harrowing iconography of the Holocaust in a frivolous action-horror film. Nazis and World War II have been regularly utilised in horror movies but the sickening scenes of the Holocaust are thankfully kept for more serious and respectful films. Uwe Boll, seemingly has no issue stooping to new lows…

STOP GIVING THIS MAN MONEY TO MAKE FILMS!!!!

Most Uwe Boll movies are good for a laugh, but this one is sadly rather bland. It's only really notable for two things- a lesbian sex scene COMPLETELY out of nowhere (not joking, I looked away for a second, and when I came back it was just happening), and Clint Howard as Doctor Mangler. I have no idea what he was going for with this performance. He's attempting some sort of accent, but it doesn't sound remotely German, in a manner that can only be described as "severely asthmatic." He doesn't give TWO SHITS about this film, and it's awesome in it's own little way.

Nudity, Nazis and a next to non-existent story, the Bloodrayne franchise continues in earnest. Here leading lady Natassia Malthe has inappropriately timed sex with just about everyone and puts up another unconvincing act as a half-vampire vampire slayer. Don't be fooled, this isn't "so bad it's good", this is just high-budget bad.

Apparently the last film didn't have enough Nazis, cleavage and lesbian sex.

Not worth watching at all except for the odd scenery chewing performance Clint Howard gives.

Trash-tastic. I haven't enjoyed a Boll-film this much since POSTAL. By the way, there's little difference between Clint Howard's performance in this and BLUBBERELLA.

I went into this, hoping Uwe Boll may have learned a thing or two about making a film. He hasn't.
It gets one star, because the costuming was pretty good, and there were boobs. ;)I would have given it 2 stars .. one for each boob but in the end it wasn't worth it .. Rob.

Bloodrayne: The Third Reich is... how do I put this nicely? Bloodrayne: The Third Reich is terrible. It is an abomination. It has terrible acting, terrible writing and terrible direction. It does not have a single redeeming quality. This is a movie that should be burned and the ashes should be buried in a deep dark hole so that no poor soul will ever have the misfortune of watching this atrocious excuse for a film ever again. Mr. Boll, please stop making movies, my eyes can't take it anymore.
