Weak acting and really standard characters with no real depth, his story is interesting being a black adopted child growing with no sense of belonging and eventually finding a place in the world among the violence of hooligans, but what could have been an interesting character analysis is explored only as an anecdote and his motivations are not shown but instead have to be explicitly told since the actors and script can't work with any subtlety.

6.3/10 An interesting biopic looking at the life of 'Cass' a young Black Brit who becomes a West Ham Football hooligan to feel a sense being. Eventually working his way up the hierarchy and becoming the leader of the notorious 'ICF (Inter City Firm)'.
For someone who doesn't have any interest in Football to enjoy a film like this must mean it is doing something good. The most impressive thing being that this film was shot in 2008 but it looks SO convincingly like the 70's, 80's and 90's I was VERY impressed.
