Wilbur the pig is scared of the end of the season, because he knows that come that time, he will end up on the dinner table. He hatches a plan with Charlotte, a spider that lives in his pen, to ensure that this will never happen.
Classic animation at its very best. Charlotte's Web really holds an impact for family movies to this very day.

I don’t know how much of my appreciation for this film is out of nostalgia and how much is based on actual talent from the creators, but Charlotte’s Web is a fun, sweet film about friendship that never pulls a punch.
