    Lets just get this out of the way: that theme song is absurd. It rolls over some seriously awesome opening credits, but its still one of the most ridiculous themes I've ever heard.

    That aside, we're dealing with some seriously underrated John Wayne goodness here. The script is really solid, and everybody in the cast comes to play. Especially Christopher George, who (if I didn't know better), I'd assume was doing a dead-on impression of Clint Eastwood.

    Truth be told, I have a weakness for these kind of old school westerns, where the west was a rough and tumble place, and we still maintained the illusion that it wasn't a horrible stinking hell on Earth where everyone is filthy and diseased...

    ...I'm nostalgic like that, I suppose.
