Amanda Seyfried is a goddess.

Choose who you watch this movie with carefully. There are A LOT of sex scenes in this. Unfortunately I was never told this before I sad down to watch Chloe with my father. I expected a harmless rom-com. This movie is not what I expected. However I still thought it was very good. Well made, good acting, compelling story. I would not recommend to anyone looking for a light-hearted movie.

of course I watched it primarily because of Amanda Seyfried but this actually turned out to be a decent movie. who knew the tard blonde from mean girls could act in serious roles. and that is why I love her lol

Basically a late night Channel 5 film. Would have been awesome if I was 14.

Pues sí, tal y como sospecháis, es bastante malilla. Pero no tanto como cabría esperar. Se salvan las interpretaciones de Julianne Moore (of course) y Amanda Seyfried y un cierre un tanto extraño que da para una conversación post-film más o menos entretenida.

Pretty good erotic thriller from the Canadian auteur Egoyan. I liked this film quite a bit. I also didn't mind (visually) the Psycho-like fall at the end of the film but I didn't think it was a great way to end the story. I liked it more than Where the Truth Lies and probably less than Exotica.

La primera mitad de "Chloe" se siente como uno de esos thriller eroticos de antes donde Michael Douglas interpretaba a un esposo infiel, la segunda mitad busca revertir los papeles e introducir elementos supuestamente inesperados pero bastante predecibles. Es una lastima que la cinta no tenga mas ambicion ya que el reparto es bueno y la pelicula de repente introduce temas provocativos (ademas de contener una escena erotica que me recordo a la escena lesbica en "Mulholland Dr.").
Pero debo de admitir que el esfuerzo es en vano ya que la pelicula no puede elevar un mediocre guion que no aporta nada. "Chloe" tiene actuaciones adecuadas y una que otra escena memorable pero no propone nada nuevo y es bastante olvidable.

A solid film. The characters feel genuine and the film stays true to itself and it's characters by not trying to go for outrageous shocks and twists. It's like Basic Instinct except with people who have feelings for each other.
