    This isn't the Cold Prey that I used to know :(
    bahahah that made me laugh.

    Good news though, it was actually pretty good. The snowy scenery doesn't take place here, but it does take place in the woods...which of course I liked. Likable characters, good story line, just fun to watch.

    This is the prequel, takes place in the very beginning in 1976...(I think) then jumps 12 years later.

    If you liked the first and second then you must watch the third.

    I'm not feeling this one as much as the first two installments.
    Everything that made Cold Prey 1 & 2 so good seems to be missing from this one, there's no isolated snowy setting, the Killer has a guardian which kinda ruins his image and I really missed the character of Jannicke.
    Cold Prey 3 isn't a bad movie at all and it was enjoyable for what it was, I just feel like I've seen this type of thing before and it didn't really feel like a Cold Prey sequel.

    Om vi var klare for det tilbake i 2006 eller ikke var fullstendig likegyldig; den første Fritt Vilt filmen tok oss med opp i et snødekket Jotunheimen og skremte nærmest vettet av noen og enhver mens oppfølgeren brakte djevelen ned til Otta før han endelig forlot vår verden etter nok en orgie i blod, tarmer og andre ingredienser et vegetarisk mareritt verdig. Det vi alle lurte på hva som egentlig skjedde med denne forvokste muskelbunten når han var liten for mye tydet på at han under topplokket neppe var koblet helt i henhold til koblingsskjemaet. Så, endelig, etter 2 år er det endelig dags for nok et mareritt uten like - et mareritt som skal vise oss nøyaktig hva som…

    Not as good as the two first, but still a good Slasher movie. I think i missed Ingrid Bolsø as Jannicke, the protagonists of this one are not charismatic and badass like her. And i've also missed the amazing snow cenary and the creepy hotel.

    The first part was a surprisingly good, claustrophobic horror thriller. The second one was a superb "Halloween 2" rip-off. The third one - a prequel - lacks any originality. Just like your solid direct-to-video fare. The only interesting thing is the finale, but the ending is evident if you saw the first two parts.
