I'm giving this 5/10 because I can't decide if it so bad that it's good or is just plain bad. Peter O'Toole, the on-screen narrator, not merely a voice as IMDb claims, appeared to think the project was pretty contemptuous. And the R2 DVD is only 115 minutes long, not the 2½ hours long that IMDb says (and if it 's even shorter if you play it slightly speeded up...)
It's beyond description and difficult to review except by discussion of such trivia as runtimes, such is its awfulness. -
Seriously, WTF?

The worst film that I have ever seen in my life. Truly incompetent from the cartoonish effects to O'Toole's narrator visibly reading his lines from a piece of paper. Not to mention the out of sync dialogue and the ridiculous, nonsensical plot. This is an embarrassment.
