I did it................I actually did it! 100/100
And to end it with this party; fantastic. After a struggle these last few days, I could just sit back and let The Beastie Boys shower me with some of the funniest people in the acting business, they just popped up from everywhere. Hadn't had that much fun watching a movie in a long, long time.
What a way to punch out. RIP Adam Yauch.

The day arrives for us all, and, dear young readers, it will arrive for you too. The day when you'll be trying to finish off an icheckmovies list, which involves a Beastie Boys short. The day you realise that you are much too old to be wasting your time watching a video that is of absolutely no interest to you. The day you do it anyway 'because it's only a short' and you watched half of it before you went out. The day you think "I wouldn't have liked this if I was 20 years younger". (Or even more years younger). Oh well.

Decemberists #17
A bunch of Hollywood A-licker (Arsehole Lister) losers ride the B Boys for some publicity and wish they were as cool as Kenny Powers or Dr Steve Brule and his sweet berry wine whilst eating the fucking pineapple now and laters. Check your head. Some of them wish they were as hot as Rashida Jones, but hell fella's don't throw your beer around! Drink that shit!

If you watch it directly after the Beastie Boys’ video for Fight for Your Right to Party, this short film picks up exactly where that left off. The three Boys, now played by Elijah Wood, Seth Rogen and Danny McBride, leave the apartment and continue their rampage of destruction and wanton disregard for personal property out into the streets of New York. The film is a huge cameo-fest, with practically every location and role filled with recognizable celebrities (Susan Sarandon and Stanley Tucci are the best).
I admit that don’t really listen to a lot of the very early Beastie Boys material, and usually stick with their later stuff, which videos feature giant robots and squid monsters, a condensed version…

Fun little music video which is fun to play 'name that comedian' game, but not as funny overrall as I hoped.

Part of the December Project
It's hard trying to review comedies without spoiling any jokes, especially when the jokes are so fucking great. If you're a Beastie Boys fan, all I can say is watch this short. Plus, you'll get to knock off another film for the challenge.

Really a terrible movie but worth watching if a 2 second shot of Martin Starr or Steve Buscemi amuses you like it does for me
